Queen Grimhilde is a malevolent and sadistic megalomaniac of the highest caliber, whose desire to rule tyrannically with an iron fist borders on obsession that stems from her petty envy of her stepdaughter Snow White being perceived as fairer than her due to her fixation with being the fairest in the land. In the upcoming live-action remake, she will be portrayed by Gal Gadot, who also played Gisele Yashar in The Fast and the Furious franchise and Sarah Black in Red Notice. ![]() In the musical, she was portrayed by the late Anne Francine. She was voiced by the late Lucille La Verne (in her last film role) in the film, the late Eleanor Audley in the 1949 audiobook, the late June Foray in Disney on Parade, Louise Chamis in Disney Villains' Revenge, and Susanne Blakeslee in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.
